Our registered office is located at 55 Cannington Road, Romford, Essex, RM9 4BE. Please note this is not a retail store; visits are by appointment only.
4. Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, we offer free Standard Delivery on all orders over £50. For orders under £50, a flat fee of £3.99 applies. Express and Next-Day options are also available.
5. How long does delivery take?
- Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days
- Express Delivery: 1–2 business days
- Next-Day Delivery: Guaranteed by the next working day (if ordered before 12 PM)
6. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and courier link via email. You can monitor your parcel in real-time.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are 100% secure.
8. Are your products brand new?
Yes. All items sold by Nidal Sells Ltd are brand new, factory-sealed, and sourced from trusted distributors and manufacturers.

10. Do you offer warranties?
Yes. All iPhones come with a 12-month warranty. Android devices are covered by manufacturer warranties, and earbuds have a 6-month seller warranty.
11. My parcel hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@nidalsells.co.uk so we can investigate with the courier.

13. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to change the address. Contact us as soon as possible. Changes cannot be made once an item has shipped.
14. What happens if I miss the delivery?
The courier will usually leave a card or notification. You can rearrange delivery or collect from the nearest depot. Unclaimed parcels may be returned to us.
15. Do you ship outside the UK?
Not at the moment. We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
16. Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes. All prices shown on our website include VAT. A VAT invoice can be requested via email after purchase.
